In making a purchase from halhaines.studio you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

- The customer acknowledges made-to-order pieces can take up to approximately 2 months in busy periods.

- Hal retains the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch and provide the customer with a full refund.

- Please read care instructions on product listings before using your purchase. Damage caused from misuse is not a product fault.

- The appearance of handmade items may vary from product photo, each handmade piece is unique.
